Did you forget that I was the test car for these seats? And thus the problem that you had happened on mine first (though you had one crack worse than mine...the rest were all there). I actually asked him 4 or 5 months in advance for the replacement telling him I needed it by XXX date and it did take that long. I knew it would...I expected it with how long that shop takes. So don't feel that he singled you out or anything. Anyway, maybe you haven't seen the dozens of other posts of people saying the same thing about time/customer service/etc. Steve's biggest problem is he tried too hard to get things to people and tells them he can get it done when it's BEYOND his control. If he could get the product done and mailed by XXX date he would, but the shop takes forever, he's now working in TV and the demands are probably huge, etc. Am I defending him? Maybe a little but I'm actually just explaining it. Do I think it's right? Nope. But it happened that way...wish I could change it for you. I would do it differently if I could and it IS a problem, but he knows that and anyone I refer to him I tell them it's going to be a LONG time. Anyway, regardless of Steve being a bad guy or not, your post was just way out of line man. I mean shitting on a great deal of people all at once and pissing on the board. Not cool. You're a nice guy and the NorCal guys were lucky to have you and your Z for a while....I only hope that the next car you get fascinated with and go nuts on has a group of people as level-headed as a WHOLE. Every group has morons, it's finding the right mix.
